Hur fungerar betalningen vid husbygge?
Betalningen sker stegvis under projektets gång och följer husets utveckling från avtal till färdig leverans. Vid avtalsskrivning betalas en handpenning på 50 000 kr inom tio dagar. När startbesked har erhållits och huset bokas in för produktion betalas 50 % av köpeskillingen. Därefter betalas 45 % i samband med leveransen, när huset har transporterats till tomtgränsen och innan modulerna lyfts på plats. De sista 5 % betalas efter godkänd slutkontroll och innan tillträde. Payment is made in stages during the project and follows the development of the house from contract to completed delivery. When signing the contract, a down payment of SEK 50,000 is paid within ten days. When the start notice has been received and the house is booked for production, 50% of the purchase price is paid. After that, 45% is paid in connection with delivery, when the house has been transported to the plot boundary and before the modules are lifted into place.
