Hur påverkar hustypen bygglovet?
Hustypen påverkar vilka regler och tillstånd som gäller. För ett vanligt bostadshus krävs normalt bygglov, medan mindre komplementbyggnader och komplementbostadshus i vissa fall kan uppföras utan bygglov enligt de nya reglerna i PBL. Vad som är möjligt beror bland annat på byggnadens storlek och höjd, placering på tomten samt om fastigheten ligger inom eller utanför detaljplan. The type of house affects which rules and permits apply. A building permit is normally required for a regular residential building, while smaller accessory buildings and accessory residential buildings can in some cases be built without a building permit according to the new rules in the Swedish Building Code. What is possible depends, among other things, on the size and height of the building, its location on the plot and whether the property is within or outside the detailed plan.
