Yes, house building naturally happens step by step: choosing the house, getting permits from the municipality, groundwork and foundation, delivery and assembly, and final inspection. With a prefab house from Husverket the plot is prepared while the house is built in a factory, after which the modules are craned in and assembled quickly on site. You can choose contractor packages depending on how much help you want, from installation to a complete solution with foundation and water/sewer.
