Vad händer om budgeten spricker?
Om budgeten riskerar att överskridas är det viktigt att tidigt identifiera vilka kostnader som har förändrats och vilka delar av projektet som går att justera. Tillval, materialval och vissa anpassningar kan ofta prioriteras om för att hålla projektet inom budget. En buffert på omkring 10% ger dessutom extra trygghet för oförutsedda kostnader.
