Vad ingår i en husritning?
En komplett husritning innehåller vanligtvis planritning, fasadritning och sektionsritning, mått- och skalsatta enligt kraven för bygglov. För attefallshus och villor utgör de underlaget för bygganmälan eller bygglovsansökan tillsammans med en situationsplan. A complete house drawing typically includes a floor plan, elevation drawing and section drawing, dimensioned and to scale as required for a building permit. For attefall houses and villas, these form the basis for a building notification or permit application together with a site plan (situationsplan). At Husverket the drawings are linked to a finished model that follows Sweden's building regulations (BBR), so they show both layout and construction.
