Avgiften för bygglov sätts av din kommun och tillkommer utöver huspriset, medan ritningar ingår i ett husköp från Husverket. Till en bygglovs- eller bygganmälansansökan behövs situationsplan, planritning, fasadritning och sektionsritning, som Husverket kan hjälpa till med. The building permit fee is set by your municipality and comes on top of the house price, while drawings are included in a house purchase from Husverket. A building permit or notification application needs a site plan, floor plan, elevation drawing and section drawing, which Husverket can help with.
