Vilka experter behöver man när man bygger hus?
Vid husbygge behövs oftast en kontrollansvarig (KA), en besiktningsman och hantverkare för mark, grund, el och VVS, samt handläggare hos kommunen för tillstånd enligt PBL. Med ett nyckelfärdigt prefabhus från Husverket ingår mycket av detta, eftersom el, VVS och montering sköts av företaget. When building a house you usually need a certified building supervisor (KA), an inspector and tradespeople for groundwork, foundation, electrics and plumbing, plus municipal officers for permits under the PBL. With a turnkey prefab house from Husverket much of this is included, since electrics, plumbing and assembly are handled by the company. Through the contractor packages Husverket can also handle groundwork, foundation, water/sewer connection and final inspection. The company's own certified inspectors are part of production.
