Bygglovsprocessen följer enligt PBL stegen: ansökan, handläggning, beviljat bygglov, tekniskt samråd, startbesked, bygge, slutsamråd och slutbesked. Först lämnar du in ritningar och kommunen prövar dem, normalt inom cirka 10 veckor. Efter beviljat lov hålls tekniskt samråd och du får startbesked innan bygget får börja, och bygget avslutas med slutsamråd och slutbesked. Under PBL the permit process follows these steps: application, processing, approved permit, technical consultation, start clearance, construction, final consultation and final clearance. First you submit drawings and the municipality assesses them, normally within about 10 weeks. After approval, a technical consultation is held and you receive a start clearance before construction may begin, and the build ends with a final consultation and final clearance.
