Ja, det går ibland att söka bygglov i efterhand om byggnaden uppfyller kraven i PBL och detaljplanen, men det är inte garanterat. Kommunen prövar då bygget på samma sätt som vid en vanlig ansökan, och du kan ändå behöva betala en byggsanktionsavgift. Uppfyller bygget inte kraven kan rättelse eller rivning krävas. Yes, you can sometimes apply for a permit retroactively if the building meets the requirements in PBL and the detailed development plan, but it is not guaranteed.
