Slutbesked är kommunens godkännande att ta byggnaden i bruk och utfärdas efter slutsamrådet när bygget är klart och kraven i PBL är uppfyllda. Du får alltså slutbeskedet i slutet av processen, och byggnaden får normalt inte användas innan det. Vid samrådet kontrolleras att kontrollplanen är följd och att byggnaden uppfyller bland annat Boverkets byggregler (BBR). Husverket hjälper dig ända fram till slutbesked via Installationspaketet. A final clearance (slutbesked) is the municipality's approval to put the building into use and is issued after the final consultation, once the build is complete and the requirements in PBL are met. You therefore receive it at the end of the process, and the building normally may not be used before then. The consultation checks that the control plan has been followed and that the building meets, among other things, the Boverket building regulations (BBR).
