Tekniskt samråd är ett möte med kommunen efter beviljat bygglov där bygget, kontrollplanen och de tekniska kraven gås igenom enligt PBL. Här deltar oftast en kontrollansvarig (KA), och mötet leder fram till att kommunen kan utfärda startbesked. Samrådet säkerställer att bygget uppfyller bland annat Boverkets byggregler (BBR). A technical consultation is a meeting with the municipality after the permit is granted, where the build, the control plan and the technical requirements are reviewed under PBL. A controller of works (KA) usually takes part, and the meeting leads to the municipality being able to issue a start clearance. The consultation ensures the build meets, among other things, the Boverket building regulations (BBR).
