Om huset inte följer detaljplanen kan du antingen anpassa bygget så att det stämmer med planen eller ansöka om en mindre avvikelse eller dispens hos kommunen. If the house does not follow the detailed development plan, you can either adapt the build to comply with the plan or apply to the municipality for a minor deviation or exemption. The municipality then assesses whether the deviation is compatible with the plan's purpose under PBL, which can extend processing. In some cases a plan amendment may be needed, which takes longer.
