Efter att bygglovet är beviljat hålls ett tekniskt samråd där bygget och kontrollplanen gås igenom, och därefter får du startbesked. Bygget får inte påbörjas förrän startbeskedet är utfärdat enligt PBL. När bygget är klart hålls slutsamråd och du får slutbesked, som krävs innan byggnaden får tas i bruk. After the building permit is granted, a technical consultation is held to review the build and the control plan, and then you receive a start clearance. Construction may not begin until the start clearance is issued under PBL. When the build is finished, a final consultation is held and you receive a final clearance, which is required before the building may be used.
