Detaljplanen för din tomt hittar du hos kommunen, ofta via kommunens webbplats eller genom att kontakta bygglovsenheten. Planen visar vad som får byggas, exempelvis tillåten storlek, höjd och placering, och ligger till grund för kommunens bygglovsprövning enligt PBL. You can find the detailed development plan for your plot at the municipality, often via its website or by contacting the building office. The plan shows what may be built, for example permitted size, height and placement, and forms the basis for the municipality's permit assessment under PBL.
